Recently a father and son we know lost everything in a fire and did not have renters' insurance. I bought one mattress set as a gift and told their story to employees at the Dewitt Metro Mattress where I've been a customer who enjoyed the quality mattresses and great service.
The following employees: Danielle, Kyle, Gina, and John decided to surprise this family and gift their own income to purchase a second mattress set so that both father and son would have good beds. These employees are real live Christmas angels, and we are immensely grateful for their help. This is a company that has high level quality products and service, with real heart. Nothing could have been better. The shopping experience and generosity exceeded all expectations. The employees went above and beyond. Thank you again for the unparalleled customer service!
